Commissioners approve frost advisory

After several months of deciding whether a frost law would benefit Pulaski County, the commissioners have decided to try an advisory.
During a regular meeting, commissioner president Terry Young read an advisory regarding frost guidelines.
The commissioners had proposed that the county would create a frost law after the roads suffered damage from the deep frost last winter. Some of the damage was attributed to semi trucks, according to Pulaski County Highway Superintendent Terry Ruff. Commissioners are concerned that there is not enough funding for all the road repair that is needed. Fixing a road costs about $35,000 for 1 mile.
Commissioners approved for it to be posted at http://gov.pulaskionline.org/highway/.
